Refunds & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

* Handmade To Order Items

* Personalised Items

* Custom Bridal Shoes (These are returnable if you try the shoes first before hand decoration)

(Under each product this will be made clear if the item is returnable)

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Postage is at your own cost. We are not responsible for missing items therefore, please send them by the appropriate method.

Additional Information:

Once your item has been received, we will notify you, and a refund will be processed the same day of receipt. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for it to show on your original payment method, depending on the payment method used.
