Can you provide an estimated delivery date?

We send our items within 1 - 3 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days from your order date to receive your parcel.

(Please Note: Deliveries may take longer beyond our control during the festive season)

Are there faster delivery options available?

We are always happy to do our very best if you have a strict timeframe, just pop us a message and we will see what we can do for you.

Will I receive a tracking number or link?

We do not send our smaller items tracked to keep our prices reasonable however; larger orders and items are sent tracked and this will be applied to your order.

Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?

We do not ship within the EU or USA at present.

Do you ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Evri, Royal Mail etc?

Yes, we choose our couriers depending on what orders have been placed, our preferred couriers are DHL & Royal Mail

What are the estimated delivery times for domestic orders?

Please allow 3-5 working days for the item to be received. Under every product is a description of the turnaround time for each product.

Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?

We strive to make everything look appealing here and aim to use sustainable packaging whenever possible. Each order is wrapped in our custom-printed vellum paper to match your theme; our bridal shoes are wrapped in block-printed wrapping paper sheets.

Are there multiple options for speed and cost?

We ship all our handmade items standard post however, there are upgrade options if you require something urgently.

What items are eligible for return?

All our items are handmade to order and therefore not returnable except our small runs of wedding shoes.

What are the steps or link to request a return?

Please just pop your parcel back to us following our returns policy of which you can find in the footer. The return postage cost is to be made by you.

How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?

You have 30 days from the delivery day to return your item. Please note that personalised items are exempt from these terms.

Is an exchange option available for size, colour, or different product?

We are more than happy to accept exchanges as long as the product is not personalised.
